Dabai from the 'Sunday Market' in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Fruit is hard off tree, but when soaked in hot water for 30 min it transforms into a creamy avocado like texture on the inside. They are as addictive as they are delicious (and nutritious). To short a shelf-life to ship, these are a must-try fruit if in Borneo in January-early February.
