Hello,
I am in Oklahoma and really love growing things – particularly unusual rare plants and tropical fruits. I had about 100 species at one time (small 9×12 green house), but some failures in winter dropped that to maybe under 50.
Though I definitely plan to relocate to Florida ASAP (next year? pending economics / employment), right now I would love to find some folks around here doing this kind of stuff. At one point I made a Facebook group to try to find some but so far just basic house plant and veggie starter green house folks.
Let me know if you or anyone you know is growing exotic rare fruits in Oklahoma.
* Also, Florida transition opportunities welcome too. :) My wife and I plan to have a small plant business when we arrive, and I founded a Biodiversity themed nonprofit that some folks may be interested in.
