Cooking Steps
- 1Cut mangoes into spears.Slice strawberries. Slice strawberries. Juice starfruits. Juice starfruits.
- 2Place rosemary, salt, hot pepper, and sugar in a jar.
- 3Add green mango spears, packed as tightly as possible.
- 4Fill jar with vinegar to brim and close the lid. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
- 5Let stand for a couple weeks to allow pickling process to occur.
Cook's note:
*For vinegar, we used a 50/50 blend of apple cider vinegar and white vinegar. If you are using purely white vinegar, use 1 tsp of sugar as opposed to 3/4.
