  • Orange, diced 1/4 cup
  • Pineapple, canned diced 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice 1 T.
  • Evaporated Milk, whipped 1 cup

Light, airy, & creamy dessert with notes of honey.

Cooking Steps

  • 1
    Combine persimmon pulp with remaining ingredients. Fold into whipped evaporated milk. Pour into mold and freeze.
