  • 5 ounces granulated sugar

This sweet syrup makes an excellent addition to your favorite cocktails.

Cooking Steps

Cook's note:

Be careful not to over-boil the mixture. You don't want to accidentally make jelly by over-reducing the syrup. The idea for heating it is only to extend it's shelf life and let any undissolved sugar fully incorporate.
